From what I've seen, the families have long since declared total war against Nifong, his enablers, and his co-conspirators. I hope they all see this photo.
Now, now! You thinking, perhaps rightly and/or perhaps not, that Mr. Nifong is doing something symbolic of an unwarrranted behavior and/or that he is doing an unwarranted behavior in a setting at odds with indecorous behavior, but perhaps he's smelling his finger or perhaps his finger has been somewhere it has been before and needs to be investiged again for samples of DNA, or pehaps he is thinking his finger needs to make a statement or rip a petulent ball of snot or a booger from his nose, but then maybe or perhaps he is giving all of us and the court the finger as you suggest. Whatever, but I think he just pulled his finger out of his a . . . or rather it is being ripped out by the force and/or/but everyone knows what it smells like and now even he is smelling it.
Gee, I hope Mikey flips that digit in prison showers. After sticking it in the face of justice all year, it would be so comforting to know it will finally be inserted where it really belongs.

ReplyDeleteWOW - The fong is really a mean, bitter and vindictive guy. He knows it's over - why else would he do this motion? He hates the defense lawyers.

I think the Fong was reiterating to his collaborators the classic line "we're fucked."
