From what I have seen of Nifong's legal representation, it seems to me that he followed his own advice and didn't hire any attorneys.
However, I doubt that Joe Cheshire himself could get Nifong off the hook, but it is unlikely anyway that Nifong could afford Cheshire's fees. What a loser. All so deserved -- and all so unnecessary.
