ReplyDeleteDidn't Nifong mean by "we're fucked", that they didn't have evidence like DNA? Didn't he say right after that, he would have to try on circumstantial evidence?
ReplyDeleteI don't believe he was saying the whole case was totally fucked. You're reading too much into that one little statement.
8:24: Nifong made the statement prior to knowing anything about DNA results. It was made on March 27, the day the DNA samples were sent to the SBI with the supposed expectation that positive results would be found.
