I just noticed that in part 3 paragraph 5 Nifong mentions his 4/10/06 meeting. "The second occasion...since our April 10, 2006 meeting". I'm not sure if this was what everyone mentioned a couple of days ago, or if they were talking about the 12/28/06 letter.
