Mustached Suspect Identified?

We are unable to confirm that this is the fourth suspect in the Duke lacrosse drama. While we are only 90% certain that, without the mustache, this could be the mysterious unindicted suspect #4, it does now begin to make sense why the fourth ID went uninvestigated. Further, it now becomes more clear that the reported description of a chubby attacker may not have been entirely inaccurate.
