Linwood Wilson files his response

Defendent Linwood Wilson filed a motion to dismiss in his response to the civil lawsuit filed in behalf of Evans, Finnerty, and Seligmann. Eschewing popular advice of never defending yourself, Linwood has apparently taken to the law books to fashion his response.

I don't generally see the justice system as a spectator sport but these lawsuits are going to be entertaining.

The Shaggy song "It Wasn't Me" keeps running through my head.

Mr. Wilson's client had better be ready to sue his attorney for malpractice. He put so much work into this sham. It's really sad.

Unless I missed something in a quick read-through, he doesn't contradict any factual allegation in the complaint.

If he's defending himself he has a fool for a client. Then again, we already knew he was a fool.

A good guess is Mr. Wilson had strong legal support for his response. The other defendants would be foolish to let someone like Mr. Wilson represent himself.

This show will be very entertaining.
