Be careful for what you wish for.
I just noticed that at the top of this sheet there is a note by Soucie dated4/4/06 at 321hrs.
She says "DA's Office Received copies of Letter from Dukes (sic) attorney advising that Duke would cooperate and that a court order will Not be necessary. Gave letter to Inv. Himan"
Does anyone know what Duke was not requiring a court order for?
