Not to be flippant about a serious matter, but there is a well-known joke about a competition between various agencies to prove who is the best at catching criminals. The test is to apprehend a rabbit released into the forest. The punchline is "The LAPD goes in. They come out two hours later with a badly beaten bear. The bear is yelling, "Okay, okay, I'm a rabbit, I'm a rabbit!"

LAPD named here..but coercion techniques are probably not alien to any PD.; 12:00 AM
