All Nifong needed was a trial. This city is corrupt to the core. He knew that. Hudson is a disgrace.
Nifong and Hudson are disgraces, but Joan Foster is not!!
Joan, you are a prize, and three young men who are not going to go to prison on false charges owe you much!!
Orlando Hudson! Why are you protecting Nifong?
All that is being asked is that he be suspended with pay. Then we will indeed wait until the Bar Hearing is over. Then we will wait while the criminal investigation is done.
Frankly what I have seen in this case is corrupt Judges. Stephens & Hudson maybe they or someone they are protecting were in some little black book?
The stink from Durham is getting real bad!
Judge Hudson is attempting to avoid rushing head first the way Nifong is accused of doing. Anyone who saw this as Nifong's blindness surely doesn't want to happening again in any case.

Hudson need not worry about rushing. He is compelled to issue a finding of fact within thirty days of the original filing by Beth Brewer. The statute leaves no question. His finding of fact requires him to decide if the charges against Nifong, if assumed true, rise to the level of grounds for dismissal. He must then determine if probable cause exists to support those charges. His finding of fact totally sidestepped those issues and addressed non-pertinent issues such as Nifong's other legal troubles. Hudson has himself brought his office into disrepute, and shown his conduct to be prejudicial of justice.
The public in Durham has no reason to believe that justice can be achieved here
