Investigate the Hoax! Find the who, what, where, and WHY!
11:13, the "who" and "what" are only partially known, but the "why" is patently obvious: Mikey wanted to get reelected and didn't care how many innocents he crucified in the process.
There is more to that "why!" Nifong wanted to get elected, but that does not explain Judge Stephens, Gottlieb, Himan, Addison, Baker, Wilson, Clayton, Cpt Lamb, Lt Ripberger's actions.
There is more than one Hoaxster & the City Council had better find out these answers. But then again they just might find out some of them were putting pressure on the PD to "solve" this crime.
Political Correctness in getting those rich white Dukies for the assaulting of the poor mother of two black college student was a real factor! I have seen nothing about the real bigotry of this case.

Seen nothing??????? Then you just came into the game yesterday. The real bigotry of the case is ALL these blogs have been about for a year!!!!
The why(s) is(are) obvious. Everyone saw an opportunity. Gotlieb, et al. saw a way of retribution toward the Duke students for partying. nifong saw a way of getting the black vote and getting elected. SANE nurse ratchet saw a way of getting a job. blockhead saw a way of putting Duke sports on the blocks after what coach K did to him when blockhead started at Duke. Stevens saw an opportunity of being famous on court tv. Wilson wanted to be part of nifongs success with this case so he would be kept on to sing the gospel music to the DPD. There are a million whys for anyone's involvement in this case. The real question is about why everyone felt so inferior to the Duke lacrosse (DUKE student/atheletes) players that they thought they had an opportunity for success in this hoax. Was it dumb jocks or dumb correctness by insecure "leaders"?
SANe Nurse Levicy already had a job at DUMC. And a certification for SANE. She received the hard copy in the mail that day. Fourteen months later, she still has a job at DUMC. Looks like DUMC does not agree with some bloggers.
