“As a result of the settlement, all faculty have been released from any claims of liability related to the lacrosse matter up through the date of the settlement (June 18, 2007).”
Ha. There is still liability to others, including 43 non-indicted students. An agreement with the three indicted students does not remove that potential liability. It takes only one of these students to file a suit to force discovery from the Gang of 88.
No longer will I donate to Duke knowing that my donation just went to pay for the stupidity of the Group of 88.
