It seems to me Nifong & the PD spent the most of their time trying to explain away exculpatory data rather than search for the truth.
When does a Hoax become a Frame Up?
My only disagreement with Joe Cheshire's statement was his characterization of Durham as a "forward looking" city. The city of Durham is many things; forward looking is not one of them.
