Duke's hearing to shut down the Duke Lawsuit web site is reset

The hearing on Duke’s motion on “Attorney-Initiated/Sanctioned Contact with Media” has been reset for April 15, 2008 at 2 p.m. in Winston-Salem Courtroom. Chief Judge James A. Beaty, Jr. will be presiding.

The motion is attempting to silence the Duke Lawsuit web site.
