Gottlieb & the entire Durham PD involved in this case sure seem like a bunch of buffons. This man was a Chief of Investigations over seven investigators?
He actually has the gall to say I kept my notes on a Dry Rease Board & Himan didn't photgraph them as an excuse!
Durham needs New leadership, it starts with City Manager Baker and goes throughout the PD.
