Don't get it, lost in translation I suppose. Why is Duke still being defensive? "teach you children" CSNY.
Hehehehehehehehehehehehe!!!
What do they always lose? Because they're losers.
They lose because truth eventually triumphs. Their belief that they will be able to rely upon the fantasy that the institution is greater than the sum of its parts (the students and their welfare) is slowly being dealt a crushing blow from which it will not be able to recover.
I do not think that Duke and its attorneys (as well as the other plaintiffs and their attorneys) have yet come to grips with the fact that the lacrosse players and their parents feel strongly that principles (not money) are paramount. As long as the plaintiffs fail to understand this fundamental point, they will be unable to see why this case has generated the public outcry that still exists among college athletes, their parents, college students, and anyone concerned at all about the over-reaching aspects of political correctness in this country.
