There may be further complications with Reade Seligmann's alibi. A Hecht's security guard has filed a report that 3 years ago the Wachovia Bank ATM short-changed a withdrawl totaling $250. An new investigation is underway and charges are pending. A trial may ensue. Sources reveal the Wachovia cash machine may yet be discredited as an honest alibi source for Seligmann.
